You 3D-print the enclosure and buy the specified power supply and accessories.
The two PCBs fit together easily, no soldering required, and are screwed into the enclosure you have printed.
You MUST have access to a compatible 3D printer, a soldering iron for heat-set inserts, and a hex screwdriver.
