Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 5-10 business days for order processing (e.g., packaging and quality checks) before shipping.
Processing times may vary based on order volume or item availability.
You’ll receive a confirmation once your order is on its way.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL within 5 business days after processing. 
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, with free shipping available on select items (marked in product descriptions).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping from Israel via FedEx or DHL. 
Delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 7-21 business days after processing, excluding customs delays.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES
CPT (Duty, customs, and taxes are buyer's responsibility)
International orders may incur import duties, taxes, tariffs or VAT upon arrival in your country. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility. We’ll ensure your shipment includes all required documentation to help streamline customs clearance.
We recommend checking your country’s regulations for more details.

PREORDERS, BACKORDERS, AND CUSTOM ITEMS

These items are made to order and made-to-order items may take 1-4 months (or longer) to manufacture before shipping.
Shipping begins once manufacturing is complete.

Custom orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. 
You’ll be added to our production queue upon order confirmation

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@impudicus.net with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work toward a satisfactory solution.
